A Chicago company has invented the "Turbo Tap". It's essentially a long nozzle that extends down into the glass's bottom allowing the beer to be poured from the bottom up. This regulates flow and provides perfect head with less waste yielding about 6-8 extra pints per keg. Oh, and it'll pour a pint of beer in 2 seconds flat.Check out their website at www.turbotap.com.
