This new can ensures lukewarm beer is left in the fridge. Thermochromic inks on the outside of the can become visible as the temperature lowers to 3 degress C, revealing an image of the Kokanee Glacier Girls, Ranger or Sasquatch as a sign of optimum chillness.

There is technology available for doing this on paper labels for beer bottles as well - a Norwegian brewery - Ringnes - has done this. (I don't know if they still do it - their beer is too boring for me to buy it!)
