Perry Mason, founder of Scotch Irish Brewing in Fitzroy Harbour, ON., has left Heritage Brewing to pursue other projects. In 2006, Scotch Irish Brewing had sold its name and beer brands to Heritage. Heritage will continue to brew Scotch Irish's flagship brand, Sgt. Major India Pale Ale.
